Orders may be placed online at any time.

Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. After an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with expected time of delivery.

Estimated delivery times for items made to order are between 3-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.

You will be notified via email when your order ships.

If Saturday delivery is desired please contact us as soon as order is placed as extra fees may apply and we’ll try our best to fulfill your wishes and requests.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

For international shipping, we currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to.

If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be elegible for a return, please make sure that:

  • the product has been purchased in the last 14 days,
  • it is in its original packaging,
  • it hasn’t been used or damaged,
  • and you still have your proof of purchase.

Please note that returning requests which do not meet these criteria will not be considered for refund.

Shipping charges will incur.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.

You may return or exchange all mainline products ordered directy through Margherita and B Ltd.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.

Please note, Margherita and B does not accept returns for items purchased through our Bespoke service.
